The Networking Event will take place in the Library and Learning Center of Vienna University of Economics and Business.:
During the registration process for the summer school, you will be able to choose accommodation among three hotels. The room allotments for the following three hotels have been pre-reserved from July 05-10, 2026.
Each room can be booked for single use or double use. All prices are listed in EURO and will be displayed for the entire duration of your stay. The rates include breakfast, service charges, and applicable taxes. If you wish to arrive before July 5 or depart after July 10, kindly select your preferred dates from the available options and specify your desired check-in and/or check-out dates in the "special requirements" field. The hotels and their rates are as follows:
In case the above options are not suitable for you, select "No Accommodation Required" option during registration and consider the options below. Hostel Ruthensteiner is kindly giving a discount of 15% for ESSAI participants. Once you complete the registration, you will receive a discount code. These are limited and will be given out on a first-come-first-serve basis.
As in most cities, other accommodation options are available and you are welcome to choose them. Please note that these are not pre-reserved for summer school participants. We recommend the following budget-friendly alternatives:
